Ashley has just completed the renovation of our 3rd bathroom. And it has turned out very well once again. I put Ashley in our top three tradespeople and his work is of very high quality.

My sister recently had a new bathroom and en-suite fitted by Ashley and having seen them I knew I had to have Ashley fit our new bathroom and cloakroom.
Having never chosen a bathroom before, once agreed that we were going ahead the pressure and panic I experienced over choosing the right products was unbelievable.
I shouldn't have panicked. Ashley and Mark advised on products and explained why maybe some of the products I'd chosen weren't for the best. They also provided samples to assist with colour choices. I am over the moon with the choices and fitting of both the bathroom and cloakroom. Nothing was too much trouble and Ashley was kind enough to help with other odd jobs whilst he was here. I liked the fact that Ashley also insisted that if anything wasn't right that I say as he wanted me to be happy. I would definitely recommend Ashley. In fact I already have :)

Ashley and his guys have done work on two of our houses over the years. Everything from tiling jobs to designing and installing a brand new bathroom and en-suite. Ashley is friendly, reliable and 100% trustworthy to leave alone working in your house and we have since recommended him to friends and family.
Both bathrooms have been finished to a high standard and Ashley is always willing to help out on any teething issues. We are really pleased with the final product and will definitely be using Ashley again in the future.

Ashley, has recently carried out complete strip out and refurbishment works to our main bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. this was the full package of trade and the works were completed to a very high standard, with minimum amount of disruption/dust etc over the three weeks he was here.

COMPLAINTS POLICY
My business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer> However, on rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied. To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read my complaints procedure below. My business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and high standards my business aims to achieve.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, pleas contact my business so the problem can be rectified as soon as possible.
Our Procedure
Either Call , Email or write to me. My business aims to respond within 5 working days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where my business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which Trusted Trader I use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that my business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them.
